University of Iowa ITS is developing a new online events calendar application that will replace content hub. This is the system that populates the online events that display on the University of Iowa events calendar, your department website, and digital signage.

The changeover will not impact your current event listings or the connection to your website or signage. Those who have access to the current events system will continue to have access in the new system. All web addresses or URLs for existing events should stay the same.

You can view the new events calendar system and try it by visiting the test environment at https://events-test.ais.its.uiowa.edu/.

Timeline:
- Content freeze of the current calendar system on Friday, March 28 at 5:00 p.m. No new events or changes can be made in content hub after this time.
- The new online calendar system will launch on Monday, March 31. At this point, new events and changes can be made in the new system.
