ITS send a note last week reminding instructors to bring their phones to class in order to successfully login to classroom equipment and systems:

• Remember to bring your phone to the classroom as two-step login is required for access to ICON, Office 365, Panopto (UICapture), and other systems.
• Keep in mind that classroom computers do not retain your information, so you will need your phone each time you log in.
• Bring a photo ID (such as your IowaOne card, driver's license, or other government-issued ID) with you. If you experience any issues logging in, a photo ID will be needed for verification before resetting your Duo configuration with the ITS Help Desk.
