The new process includes quarterly review, ensuring timely recognition while allowing departments flexibility in planning. You may nominate staff through a new workflow form, which must include a clear justification describing the exceptional performance or significant contribution.

If the department is unable to fully cover the costs, they may request funding support from the college. However, due to limited college resources, departments are expected to contribute as much as possible.
