CLAS MarCom is excited to welcome Jessica Lien as our new Communications Specialist, beginning Monday, Dec. 1, 2025. Jessica brings more than five years of experience in higher education communications. Her background includes leading multi-channel campaigns, managing social media strategies, and crafting compelling stories that strengthen brand voice and drive measurable results. Most recently serving as Donor Relations Specialist at Mount Mercy University, Jessica has collaborated with leadership, faculty, and staff to produce impactful communications and strengthen engagement through thoughtful, strategic initiatives. Her expertise in content strategy, editorial planning, and digital publishing will be a tremendous asset to our team.
