TA/RA change of status (COS) forms for the Spring 2026 semester must be completed and approved through the workflow system by Friday, May 8, 2026. This ensures the tuition automatically updates under the appointment MFK. After May 8, 2026, a MAUI form will need to be processed. Once the form is processed, please email ubill-3rdparty@uiowa.edu, grad-cogsscholarships@uiowa.edu, and Jennifer Crawford communicating that the form submitted is not for a new award, but to move an existing award.
