The Pomerantz Career Center's Spring All Majors Career Fair is quickly approaching! We'll be in the Main Lounge and International Ballroom at the Iowa Memorial Union on Wednesday, Feb. 25 from noon – 4 p.m. Over 100 employers will be in attendance, looking for students from all majors. This is an incredible opportunity for students to connect with employers and explore open internships and full-time positions. Participants are often able to secure an interview with employers on-campus the very next day. We encourage all students to participate, no matter where they are in their academic and career journeys. I have attached a flyer, digital sign/slide, and social media graphic for your convenience, should you like to share. More information can also be found on our website.

Additionally, we are offering a variety of “Prepare for the Fair” events leading up to the fair:

Prepare for the Fair: Navigating the Career Fair as a Veteran

Tuesday, Feb. 10 | 3–4 p.m. | 214 Calvin Hall

This event is designed for Veterans and current service members to provide resume best practices and guidance on optimizing your military experience for employment. 

Career Fair Prep POP-In

Come as you are and connect with employers, practice quick introductions, and pick up resume and conversation tips—all in a relaxed, low‑pressure setting. Meet professionals excited to share advice (and maybe meet their next intern or hire!).

Grab a donut and learn all about how to best prepare for the upcoming All Majors Career Fair! Our Career Peer Advisors will provide you with tips on how to prepare, what to expect at the fair, and how to stand out and get hired!
