Extended Technical Support (ETS) has implemented a number of changes over the last couple years in an effort to create efficiencies and enhance our service delivery model. These changes, along with a breakdown of our support model, are outlined in our new ETS Support Structure support article.
We also maintain an updated listing of staff assigned to each ETS-supported area, including the shared email addresses used to request technical support.
