Departments are encouraged to begin submitting New Hire transaction requests for incoming graduate students that will be appointed on AY 26-27 or Fall 26 only Fellow/RA/TAship. Please contact your HR representative if assistance is needed finding/creating an available position number. For incoming international students, please wait to submit the request form until you also have an immigration document to attach with the signed offer letter.
