CLAS MarCom is excited to welcome Sadie Staker as our new communications coordinator, beginning Wednesday, July 22, 2026. Sadie brings a strong background in journalism, higher education communications, and digital storytelling. Most recently serving as editor in chief of The Muleskinner at the University of Central Missouri, where she earned her Master of Arts in Communication, she led a team of more than 20 student journalists while producing news and feature content, expanding digital readership through data-informed content strategies, and strengthening audience engagement across print, web, and social media. Her expertise in content strategy, editorial leadership, and multimedia storytelling will support the CLAS Marketing and Communications team as it continues to tell the stories of the college.
