To improve Workflow support and ensure requests are addressed as efficiently as possible, the College has established a new shared email address for Workflow-related requests: clas-workflow-help@uiowa.edu.

Please use this email address for:

• Workflow updates
• Workflow fixes and troubleshooting
• Workflow changes or enhancements
• New Workflow requests

We have also expanded the Workflow support team, which now includes Kelly Kauffman, Catherine Moore, and Laura Dunnum.

Using a shared mailbox allows the team to collaboratively monitor and manage requests, helping ensure inquiries are received and addressed in a timely manner, even when individual team members are out of the office.

Effective immediately, please submit all Workflow-related requests to clas-workflow-help@uiowa.edu.
