Erika Christiansen began as the Graduate Affairs Manager for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) in 2025. She works with the Associate Deans, the Graduate College, and other campus partners to advise on graduate policies and procedures.

Before this role, Erika led projects in student leadership development, civic engagement, human rights, and outreach. She has experience in program development, communications, budgeting, and policy, all aimed at supporting student success and institutional growth. Erika is dedicated to creating inclusive and engaging experiences, receiving the 2021 Lola Lopez Award for Undergraduate Student Advocacy. She continues to teach undergraduate students in Leadership Studies, helping students to learn, lead, and make a difference through the President’s Leadership Class.
