Vance Morris is a human resources manager in CLAS. In this role, he partners with department leadership to support effective human resources practices that advance organizational performance, compliance, and a positive workplace culture. Vance previously served as a human resources generalist and coordinator in CLAS. Prior to CLAS, he has more than 20 years of leadership experience from the United States Air Force. Vance earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and is a SHRM‑Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP).
