As we prepare for the upcoming semester, web content editors across the CLAS are busy making sure their websites contain the most up-to-date information. How to replace existing media files is one area where content editors often ask the CLAS Marketing and Communications web team for assistance. When a newer version of an existing file needs to be updated on a website use the "replace file" option rather than just uploading the new file and leaving the old file.

The web team is working on creating a training documentation library to provide web editors with how-to guides to assist with updating their websites. One of the first how-to guides is How to Replace a Media File.
