As announced previously, beginning fall 2025, CLAS Undergraduate Programs will enforce an October 1 deadline for departments to propose undergraduate curricular or structural changes for the following academic year. To support and standardize this process, CLAS UP has also created a short intake form. The completion of this form will begin the proposal process for undergraduate curricular and structural changes, and it is the submission date of this form that will determine the timing of the proposed change. 

The intake form is now live and ready for use. It can be found on the CLAS Resource site, on the page labeled “Modifying the Undergraduate Curriculum.” This page also contains more information about the overall process, which types of changes need to follow this process, and a proposal template for changes that need to be submitted to the Undergraduate Educational Policy and Curriculum Committee (UEPCC).
