Only the CLAS Standard CV will be accepted for all promotions, annual reviews, merit raises, and other evaluations of faculty beginning in the fall of 2021. The APR (Academic & Professional Record) system through Watermark/Digital Measures was discontinued on June 30, 2021.

Effective Fall 2024, the "Ten-Day Enrollment" column is no longer a required element of the CLAS Standard CV teaching chart.

If you are new to CLAS and have not used the APR system, please modify your current CV word document to match the CLAS Standard CV template. 

Faculty data that was entered in APR was run as a CLAS Standard CV report on July 7, 2021, and stored in the department folders in N:\DeansOffice\CLAS Faculty CV. Please contact Rachel Spengler with questions.
