Deadlines for submission to the college
- Preliminary review of promotion records: Approx. Nov. 1 (After P&T Committee Report has been added to the Promotion Record.) Submit via the CLAS File Cabinet App or to clas-pt@uiowa.edu. The File Cabinet App currently has a file size limit of 50MB, so if your file exceeds that, please use the email address.
- Tenure and instructional-track cases: 2024 date TBA
- Promotion cases: 2024 date TBA
Submission instructions 2023–24
The 2023-24 promotion records will be submitted to the college as a single bookmarked pdf (or three bookmarked pdfs for instructional track records) via a college-established email (clas-pt@uiowa.edu).
The department will submit to the college a single set of publications/creative works sent to external reviewers. All other original documents are to be retained in the department.
