To: DEOs and ALT

As a reminder, CLAS will hold the annual Promotion and Tenure Process Workshop on Tuesday, August 27 from 2:00-3:30pm. DEOs, Department Administrators, Promotion Committee Chairs, and involved staff are required to attend. This workshop will review the requirements and process for P&T: discuss forms, conflict of interest, external reviewers, letters, timeline and deadlines, criteria for rank, CCG, joint appointments, absent faculty, confidentiality, problems and solutions.

The Dean’s Office sent a meeting invite for the workshop to DEOs and Administrators earlier this summer.
