Who UI LEAD is designed for?
UI LEAD is designed for those who supervise or lead others and want to deepen leadership self-awareness in how they lead people day to day.
Application period:
- Application open: Feb. 16. – Mar. 6
Program details:
- Cost per participant: $500. As part of our Working at Iowa action plan, the Dean’s office is committed to covering the cost for up to three staff members accepted into the program, as selected by SLT
- Program runs early May through mid-August
Includes assessments, reports, and three executive coaching sessions
