- Preliminary review of promotion records: Approx. Nov. 1 (After Promotion Committee Report has been added to the Promotion Record.) Submit to clas-pt@uiowa.edu.
- Final promotion records due: Wednesday, December 3, 2025
Submission instructions 2025-26
The 2025-2026 promotion records will be submitted to the college as a single bookmarked pdf via a college-established email (clas-pt@uiowa.edu).
The department will submit to the college a single set of publications/creative works sent to external reviewers. All other original documents are to be retained in the department.
