As departments continue to prepare for their TA Orientation, please review:

• The revised CLAS TA Orientation information, including the updated slide deck for departmental use.
• The Graduate College's and Center for Teaching New TA Orientation, which will take place on Wednesday, August 19.
• I-9 blocks of time or individual requests can be made directly with the CLAS HR Transaction Hub, prior to Monday, August 24.
• The 2025 update to requests regarding COGS participation. COGS representatives are not permitted to present during departmental orientations for graduate assistants. However, departments should accommodate requests from COGS representatives for information about the scheduling and location of departmental orientation sessions.
