Jonna Higgins-Freese is the senior director of information technology in CLAS. In this role, she leads the team in providing IT support for the collegiate mission. Prior to CLAS, Jonna was director of Instructional Services in the UI’s Office of Teaching, Learning and Technology. Jonna earned a BA in English and French from the University of Northern Iowa and an MTS from Harvard Divinity School and is also a proud CLAS alum, having taken Introduction to Ethnographic Research from the Anthropology department and Summer Writing Festival courses.
