K received his BFA in Printmaking and BA in Psychology from the University of Iowa. Before joining the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, K has worked in both the Office of Admissions and Enrollment Management. His specialization is in the sciences and pre-professional programs. He takes pride in assisting students with their first steps on the higher education journey, as well as providing a listening ear and additional perspective as a CLAS alum.

After work, K spends time with his two cats, Duck and Goose, and continues his artistic endeavors.
