We are now accepting proposals for staffing requests for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. These include:
- New positions
- Promotions
- Career advancements
- Classification changes
- Market adjustments
If you have any questions regarding the difference between these terms, please reach out to me or your HR representative and we will be happy to answer your questions.
Submission Deadline:
All proposals must be submitted by February 1, 2025.
Important Considerations:
As our staffing budget has increased significantly in recent years, we must be more critical in evaluating new requests. While we remain committed to supporting departmental needs, we encourage you to carefully evaluate your priorities and available budget before submitting proposals. Please focus on aligning requests with your department’s strategic goals and overall collegiate needs.
Review Process:
The Senior Leadership Team will evaluate all proposals, and preliminary recommendations will be presented to the Executive Committee (EC). Final decisions will be communicated after the budget is officially approved in June.

Consolidate all relevant information into a single document.
Submit your completed proposal to the designated file cabinet.
