A variety of pre-designed print and digital templates are available for you to download and use to promote your unit or area. Please reference the university brand manual for rules on colors, typography, and more.

Explore templates

Most templates can be downloaded as PowerPoint files or accessed via Canva for easy editing. InDesign templates are also provided.

Templates are available for use in Canva and some require the use of a paid Canva-pro account for print-ready files.

To access the Canva templates, you must select "use template for new design." Do not "edit the template" or request access to edit the template.

How-To use canva Templates

If you are looking to print projects for mass mailing, please do not use PowerPoint or Word templates. The images will be blurry. You'll need to work with a designer for large printing projects.
