You may want to highlight educational information on a profile on a UI College of Liberal Arts and Sciences departmental website. There is a specific field that can be used to highlight one or multiple degrees. Follow these instructions to incorporate this information into your departmental site profiles.

Steps to add educational information to a profile

1. Locate the existing profile that you need to add a tag to via the Content view of the website admin
   • Use the search to filter for the profile if necessary.

2. Once you have found the right profile, select the edit button.

   
3. Scroll down to the Education field.
4. Enter information for each degree in the following format:
   Degree abbreviation, optional degree focus, granting institution
   • Example: MS, University of Iowa
   • Example: PhD, Biology, University of Iowa

5. If you have multiple degrees to highlight, do not enter them all into the same field. Instead, use the "Add another item" button to incorporate each degree individually.

   
6. Once all updates are made, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the blue Save button.
